Softphone compatibility
Sanas is softphone-agnostic and works with both desktop and web-based softphone applications.
Headset
For best results, use a wired USB headset.
You can still use other headsets, including Bluetooth models or headsets with a shorter on-device microphone, but results may vary. The cleaner the input signal, the better Sanas performs.

URL whitelisting
To ensure the Sanas App, Sanas Portal, and other Sanas services function properly, Sanas official URLs must be whitelisted within your organization's network. Whitelisting these URLs enables your network and security teams to configure firewall and proxy settings appropriately, ensuring seamless connectivity and helping prevent service disruptions.
Important: Sanas highly recommends whitelisting the wildcard URLs to ensure optimal and uninterrupted service. Please be aware that the specific URLs listed in the detailed tables below do not use static IP addresses.

Whitelisting the following wildcard URLs allows us to provide our services uninterruptedly:
*.sanas.ai (port 443) — Required for core application functionality across all products, including license activation, API communication, and telemetry.
*.document360.io — Provides access to Sanas user guides and documentation resources (optional for whitelisting).
